• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Prices are listed on the menu and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is currently accepted through Venmo. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
• All items are made to order in small batches. Because of this, we cannot guarantee same-day fulfillment.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup location and time details are shared in your order confirmation email. For the safety and privacy of our home kitchen, the exact pickup address is not displayed publicly on this website.

Delivery, when offered, is available only within the areas and timeframes we specify. You are responsible for being available during the agreed pickup or delivery window.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds once baking has begun. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out immediately and we will do our best to make it right.

6. Allergies and Food Safety

Our products are homemade in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the South Carolina Department of Agriculture. They are produced under the South Carolina Cottage Food Law and are not intended for resale.

Food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts or nut extracts may be used. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering to determine whether we can safely fulfill your request.

All content on this website, including text, images, recipes, logos, and branding, is the property of Kenzie Kate's Baked Goods or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
