Allergy Disclosure

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This page is maintained by Kenzie Kate's Baked Goods to explain our allergy practices and help customers make safe ordering decisions. It is provided for transparency and ad compliance and is not an independent certification or medical advice.

1. Potential Allergen Exposure

All of our baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present. Although we take care to prepare each item with attention to its recipe, every product we make could be exposed to potential allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Peanuts and tree nuts
  • Wheat, gluten, and other grains
  • Milk, butter, and other dairy products
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Sesame and other seeds

Cross-contact can occur during storage, preparation, baking, cooling, packaging, and handling. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of a specific allergen, even if it is not listed in the recipe.

2. Not an Allergen-Free Facility

Our kitchen is not certified allergen-free. We use shared equipment, utensils, bowls, and surfaces for products that contain different ingredients. Flour and other airborne particles may be present during baking, and trace amounts of allergens may remain even after cleaning.

3. Contact Us Before Ordering

If you or the person receiving the order has a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before placing an order. We want to understand your needs, explain what we can and cannot safely prepare, and confirm whether we are able to fulfill your request with an acceptable level of risk.

Because our products are made in a home kitchen and not in an allergen-controlled facility, we may not be able to accommodate every allergy request. We will be honest about our capabilities so you can make an informed decision.

4. Ingredient Labels and Menus

Menu descriptions list the main ingredients used in each item, but they may not include every sub-ingredient or trace exposure risk. If you need a complete ingredient review, please reach out and we will do our best to provide the information you need.

5. No Medical or Legal Advice

This disclosure is for informational purposes only. It does not replace advice from a qualified medical professional. If you have questions about whether a food is safe for you to eat, please consult your doctor or allergist.

6. Contact Us

If you have questions about allergens or need to discuss a safe order, please contact us at kenziekbakedgoods@gmail.com. We will respond as quickly as possible and appreciate the opportunity to help you order safely.
